 Return and Exchange Policy
All items we sell come with a
100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason within
(12) days of receipt you are not satisfied with your
purchase, you may return the item in its original unused
condition for exchange or credit via the original method
of payment. All items should be returned in the original
packaging and shipping containers with the original packing
slip enclosed. Returns or exchanges are accepted only
for items purchased from Entrusted Pet. Shipping and
handling costs will be paid by Entrusted Pet if the item
is defective or shipped as a result of our error. Refunds
are credited upon receipt of the merchandise. A 12% administrative
and re-stocking charge will apply on returned items.
No returns are allowed on personalized
items.
It
is best for your protection to use UPS on return shipments.
