"As a practicing veterinarian, working with animal cremation services is (unfortunately) a part of my job. When my own beloved pet (a neubian goat I had owned for over 15 years) passed away on a Saturday evening, my calls to other cremation services were met with rude, cold, and extremely insensitive responses. These were companies I had referred many clients to and had even used in the past for my own deceased pets, yet they could not have cared less about my feelings or my business. When I spoke with Joe at Entrusted Pet he was very warm and caring and offered to come to my home right away, despite the long drive to my home in Queen Creek late on a Saturday evening.
